Turck BI7-Q08-AN6X2-0.2-RS4T is a proximity sensor within the BI...-Q08 series, designed for inductive sensing with an embeddable 8mm thick rectangular body. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a die-cast Zinc alloy for durability. This sensor features a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable terminated with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. It offers a sensing distance of 7mm and includes a single digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) operating in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The BI7-Q08-AN6X2-0.2-RS4T is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, ensuring its integrity in various operational environments. It is rated with an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for use in conditions where dust and water resistance are necessary. The sensor can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz.
