BI7-M18-AD4X-H1141 Description
Turck BI7-M18-AD4X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-M18 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Its M18 partially threaded barrel shape is designed for easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. It provides one digital output (10-65Vdc; DC 2-wire; 100mA max.) with a sensing distance of 7mm. Additionally, it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A. The operating mode of the sensor is NO (Normally Open), and it has an M18 thread size for mounting.
