Turck BI50-Q80-ADZ30X2-B3131 is an inductive proximity sensor/switch that falls under the BI...-Q80 series. It features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nom.). The housing and sensing face are made from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for easy installation. The sensor has an 80mm thick rectangular body and offers IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. It operates at a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and is suitable for network frequencies of 50-60 Hz. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -25°C and +70°C. This model features a single digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 400mA max.) and has a sensing distance of 50mm. It includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. The operating mode for this sensor is NO (Normally Open).
