Turck BI20-CP40-VP4X2-B1141 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-CP40 series designed for embeddable use. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The housing and sensing face are made from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. The sensor has a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The maximum switching frequency is 100Hz. This model includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 20mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. It supports operating modes of NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
