BI4U-MT12-AP6X-H1141 Description
Turck BI4U-MT12-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-MT12 series. This sensor is designed to be embeddable and comes with a PTFE-coated brass housing and an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP68. The maximum switching frequency is 3kHz or 3000Hz, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The response time is 8ms or 0.008 seconds. It features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 25mA. The sensing distance is 4mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA or 0.2 A. The thread size is M12, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
