BI4U-MT12-AP6X-H1141/S1589 Description
Turck BI4U-MT12-AP6X-H1141/S1589 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-MT12 series, featuring a Weldguard coated, embeddable design. It operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PTFE-coated brass housing and an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and has an M12 partially threaded barrel shape. This sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. It has a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz, a digital output of 10-30Vdc (PNP; 200mA max.), and a no-load current consumption of 25mA. The sensing distance is 4mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M12, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
