BI4-M12K-VN6X-H1141 Description
Turck BI4-M12K-VN6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-M12 series, designed with a short barrel embeddable form factor. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a chrome-plated brass housing with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded short cylindrical/barrel, ensuring an IP67 degree of protection against ingress. The sensor can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz and is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It offers one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) with a sensing distance of 4mm. The BI4-M12K-VN6X-H1141 includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. It has an M12 thread size and supports operating modes of NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
