Turck BI4-GT12-ADZ32X-B3131/S1589 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-GT12 series, designed with a Weldguard coated, embeddable form factor. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a PTFE-coated brass housing and a sensing face made of PTFE-coated PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide), ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The M12 fully threaded barrel shape allows for easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 100mA max.), with a sensing distance of 4mm. Additionally, it features output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP) for enhanced safety, operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode, and has a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A.
