BI3U-M12E-VP4X-H1141 Description
Turck BI3U-M12E-VP4X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-M12 series, designed with an extended barrel that is embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing and an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The shape is an M12 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. It has a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz / 3000Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, and it includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 3mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A. The thread size is M12, and it offers operating modes of NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
