BI3U-EM08-AP6X-H1341 Description
Turck BI3U-EM08-AP6X-H1341 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EM08 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel housing with a PA12 (Polyamide) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Its shape is an M8 partially threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. The sensor can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz and has an ambient air temperature range for operation between 0°C and +60 °C. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, and it includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 20mA. The sensing distance is 3mm, and it features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 150mA / 0.15 A, with an M8 thread size and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
