Turck BI3U-EM12HE-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EM12 series. This sensor features an extended barrel Stoneface embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a 1.4301 (304) stainless steel housing and a Duroplast sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. The sensor operates at a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz / 3000Hz and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. It has a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s and includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). The current consumption is 25mA under no-load conditions, and it has a sensing distance of 3mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
