Turck BI30U-CK40-VP4X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-CK40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor's housing is made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF20-V0), and its sensing face is constructed from glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (PA12-GF30). It features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor has a short rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as the Stubby shape, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68. It can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz and is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -10°C to +60°C. The BI30U-CK40-VP4X2-H1141 provides 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. Its sensing distance is 30mm. For protection, it includes functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The operating mode offers NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
