BI2-Q4.7-AN6X Description
Turck BI2-Q4.7-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q4.7 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a die-cast Zinc alloy housing with a PA12 (Polyamide) sensing face and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads, and it has a 4.7mm thick rectangular body. It offers an IP67 degree of protection, a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz, and an ambient air temperature operation range from 0°C to +85°C. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 100mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA, a sensing distance of 2mm, and protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 100mA / 0.1 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
