BI2-Q12-RZ31X Description
Turck BI2-Q12-RZ31X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q12 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nominal). The sensor is housed in PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) for both the body and sensing face, and features a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor has a 12mm thick rectangular body, offers a degree of protection of IP67, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz, a sensing distance of 2mm, and includes one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 100mA max.) operating in NC (Normally Closed) mode.
