BI2-Q12-AZ31X Description
Turck BI2-Q12-AZ31X is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q12 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc). The sensor features a housing and sensing face made of glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (PA12-GF30), and a PVC cable jacket for its pre-wired 2m (6.5ft) cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It has a rectangular body with a 12mm thickness and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The maximum switching frequency is 20Hz, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. This model includes 1 digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 100mA max.), with a sensing distance of 2mm and a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A. Its operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
