Turck BI2-Q12-AZ31X-0.2-SB3T is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q12 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc). The sensor is housed in PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, for both the body and sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable terminated with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is a 12mm thick rectangular body, designed to fit seamlessly into various applications. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture resistance is required. The sensor operates with a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It has one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire) and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode with a sensing distance of 2mm.
