Turck BI2-GT12-ADZ32X-B3131/S34 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-GT12 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a PTFE-coated brass housing and a sensing face made of PTFE-coated PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The M12 fully threaded barrel shape facilitates easy installation, while the IP67 degree of protection ensures operation in challenging environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and an ambient air temperature operational range of -25°C to +70°C, this sensor is versatile. It offers a single digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output; 100mA max.), a sensing distance of 2mm, and includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP). The control circuit is rated at 100mA / 0.1 A, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open), with an M12 thread size for mounting.
