BI2-G12SK-AN6X2 Description
Turck BI2-G12SK-AN6X2 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-G12 series, featuring a short barrel embeddable design. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a chrome-coated brass housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. It comes pre-equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and a right-angled Pg 9 entry for connections. The shape is an M12 fully threaded barrel with a right-angle terminal chamber. This sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection, a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz, and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. Its response time is 8ms, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.). The sensing distance is 2mm, and it features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit's rated current is 200mA, and the thread size is M12. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
