BI2-G12-RN6X-V1131 Description
Turck BI2-G12-RN6X-V1131 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-G12 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a chrome-plated brass housing with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connectivity. It has an M12 fully threaded barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor can operate at a frequency up to 2kHz or 2000Hz maximum switching frequency and is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It provides 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 2mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M12, and it operates in a Normally Closed (NC) mode.
