Turck BI2-G12-AZ33X-B3131 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-G12 series designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face and is equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. Its M12 fully threaded barrel shape is designed for easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and operates within a network frequency of 50-60 Hz. It is capable of functioning in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-G12-AZ33X-B3131 features one digital output (35-250Vac; AC 2-wire; 100mA max.), a sensing distance of 2mm, and includes protection functions such as a grounded barrel. It operates with a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A and has an M12 thread size. The operating mode for this sensor is NO (Normally Open).
