Turck BI2-EG12F-AP6X-0.5-RS4T/S1732 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-EG12 series, designed with a silicone tubular overtop cable that is embeddable. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is housed in 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired 50cm / 20" pigtail cable terminated with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy connection. The M12 fully threaded barrel shape allows for straightforward installation. This sensor offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for various environments. It has a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-EG12F-AP6X-0.5-RS4T/S1732 provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and has a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and it features an M12 thread size.
