Turck BI2-EG08K-AP6X-V1131/S957 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EG08 series. This sensor features a short barrel embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing and is equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connection. The sensor's shape is an M8 fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel (Picoprox), and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It operates at a frequency of up to 3kHz or 3000Hz maximum switching frequency and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-EG08K-AP6X-V1131/S957 features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) and has a sensing distance of 2mm. Its protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The thread size is M8, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
