BI2-EG08-VN6X-H1341 Description
Turck BI2-EG08-VN6X-H1341 is an inductive proximity sensor/switch from the BI...-EG08 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing with a PA6.6 (Polyamide) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connection and has an M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox) shape. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor's response time is 8ms, and it has a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz. It provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 150mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 2mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA, and the thread size is M8. Operating modes include NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
