Turck BI2-EG08-RN6X-V1131 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-EG08 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is housed in 1.4305 (303) stainless steel with a PA6.6 (Polyamide) sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is an M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox), and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, suitable for various industrial environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz / 3000Hz, it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-EG08-RN6X-V1131 provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 150mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. Its sensing distance is 2mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The sensor has an M8 thread size and operates in a Normally Closed (NC) mode.
