Turck BI2-EG08-AG41X-0.2-RS4.23T is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-EG08 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-55Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor is housed in 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel, ensuring durability, and features a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable terminated with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Its M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox) shape is designed for easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and has a maximum switching frequency of 300Hz. It provides one digital output (10-65Vdc; DC 2-wire; low voltage drop) and has a sensing distance of 2mm. The BI2-EG08-AG41X-0.2-RS4.23T is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
