Turck BI2-CRS730-ADZ30X2-B3131/S34 is a sensor designed for position detection within the CRS series, tailored for high-pressure applications that can be embedded. It operates on a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor is encased in a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is a 12.7mm / 1/2" diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel body with a 73mm long probe. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection, can withstand pressures up to 103.4bar (1500psi), and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 400mA max.), with a sensing distance of 2mm. It also features protection against output short-circuit and overload (Latched SCP) with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
