Turck BI2-CRS343-AN4X2-H1141/S34 is a sensor designed for position detection within the CRS series. It functions as an in-cylinder inductive position proximity sensor or switch, specifically crafted for high-pressure applications where embedding is required. This sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It features a housing made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel and a sensing face constructed from PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability in demanding environments. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. Its form factor is a smooth cylindrical/barrel body with a diameter of 12.7mm (1/2") and a probe length of 34.3mm. The sensor is rated with an IP67 degree of protection, can withstand pressures up to 103.4bar (1500psi), and operates with a maximum switching frequency of 30Hz. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-CRS343-AN4X2-H1141/S34 offers a single digital output (10-65Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA, and a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
