Turck BI15U-CP40-FDZ30X2-B1131 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-CP40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor and its sensing face are made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, suitable for harsh environments, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The BI15U-CP40-FDZ30X2-B1131 has a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz and includes one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 400mA max.). It features a sensing distance of 15mm and is equipped with protection functions against output short-circuit and overload (Latched SCP). The operating mode is programmable to be either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed).
