BI15-EM30-AP6X-H1141/S1589 Description
Turck BI15-EM30-AP6X-H1141/S1589 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EM30 series. This sensor features a Weldguard coated, embeddable design with a stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. The sensor has an M30 partially threaded barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and has a maximum switching frequency of 300Hz. The response time is 8ms, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 15mm, and it features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, with a thread size of M30 and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
