BI15-CP40-AD4X-H1141 Description
Turck BI15-CP40-AD4X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-CP40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor is housed in a PBT-GF30-V0 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and the sensing face. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BI15-CP40-AD4X-H1141 has a maximum switching frequency of 150Hz and includes one digital output (10-65Vdc; DC 2-wire; 100mA max.). It provides a sensing distance of 15mm and is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The operating mode for this sensor is Normally Open (NO).
