Turck BC20-Q20-RZ3X2 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-Q20 series, designed with a Qpak housing for top-sensing and embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nominal). The sensor and its sensing face are made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), and it features a PVC cable jacket for its pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. This part has a 20mm thick rectangular body, offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and includes one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 500mA max.) with a sensing distance of 20mm, operating in a Normally Closed (NC) mode.
