Turck BC20-Q20-AZ3X2/S400 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-Q20 series, designed with a Qpak housing for top-sensing and embeddable applications. The sensor and its sensing face are made from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired connection with a 2m or approximately 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor's shape is a 20mm thick rectangular body, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and operates within a network frequency of 40-60 Hz. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -25°C and +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 500mA max.), with a sensing distance of 20mm and a control circuit rated current of 500mA / 0.5 A. The operating mode for this sensor is NO (Normally Open).
