BC20-Q20-AZ3X2 Description
Turck BC20-Q20-AZ3X2 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-Q20 series, designed with a Qpak housing for top-sensing and embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc). The sensor is constructed from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and sensing face, and features a PVC cable jacket. It connects via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads. The sensor's shape is a 20mm thick rectangular body, offering an IP67 degree of protection. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and operates within a network frequency of 40-60 Hz. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -25°C and +70°C. It includes 1 digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 500mA max.), with a sensing distance of 20mm and a control circuit rated current of 500mA / 0.5 A. The operating mode for this sensor is NO (Normally Open).
