BC10-Q14-AP4X2-V1131 Description
Turck BC10-Q14-AP4X2-V1131 is a capacitive proximity sensor/switch that belongs to the BC...-Q14 series. It features a Qpak housing with top-sensing capabilities and is designed to be embeddable. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It is constructed from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and the sensing face, ensuring durability. This model comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for easy connection. It has a 14mm thick rectangular body and offers an IP67 degree of protection against ingress. The sensor can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and is suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It features a single digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 10mm, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
