BI10-G30-AP6X Description
Turck BI10-G30-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-G30 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor has an M30 fully threaded barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s. This model includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 10mm, and it features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
