Turck BC10-P30SR-VN4X2 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-P30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor is housed in ABS material for both the body and sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped wiring chamber with terminal block and an M16x1.5 entry for connections. The M30 fully threaded barrel shape with terminal chamber is designed for easy installation. This sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. It has a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BC10-P30SR-VN4X2 provides one digital output (10-65Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It offers a sensing distance of 10mm and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A. The sensor supports both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs, with a thread size of M30, making it versatile for various applications.
