VS8EANLAF70Q Description
Banner Engineering VS8EANLAF70Q is a sensor (Photo-electric) featuring a thermoplastic housing with Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens and a Polyurethane (PUR) cable. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +50 °C. This sensor operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes and includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor) with a response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s. It comes pre-wired with a 7.5" / 20cm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector. The rectangular-shaped sensor emits a visible red light at a wavelength of 655 nm and operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). It is designed with a background suppression system and TEACH mode for sensing distances ranging from 5 to 70mm. This adjustable-field Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor is part of the VS8 series.
