Banner Engineering VS8APFF30Q3 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed with a thermoplastic housing and a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It features a polyurethane (PUR) cable and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for operation in environments with ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +60 °C. This sensor operates in Light-ON mode and is equipped with a single digital output (PNP transistor). It boasts a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s and is pre-wired with a 7.5" / 200mm pigtail that terminates with a 3-pin Pico-style M8 connector. The rectangular-shaped sensor emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.).
