VS8ANFF30B Description
Banner Engineering VS8ANFF30B is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed with a thermoplastic housing and a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It features a polyurethane (PUR) cable for connectivity. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It operates in Light-ON mode and includes a single digital output (NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s. The sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. Its rectangular shape and visible blue light, with a wavelength of 450 nm, facilitate precise detection. The VS8ANFF30B operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is equipped with a background suppression system. It has a sensing distance range of 2 to 30mm and is part of the VS8 series.
