Banner Engineering VS8ANFF15Q3 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed with a thermoplastic housing and a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It features a polyurethane (PUR) cable and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +60°C. This sensor operates in a Light-ON mode and includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor) with a response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s. It is equipped with a pre-wired 7.5" / 200mm pigtail terminated with a 3-pin Pico-style M8 connector. The rectangular-shaped sensor emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). It features a background suppression system and has a sensing distance of 2 to 15m. This sensor is part of the VS8 series.
