T18-2VPLP-Q8 Description
Banner Engineering T18-2VPLP-Q8 is a polarized photo-electric sensor from the T18-2 series, designed in a retro-reflective mode. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. It operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The T18-2VPLP-Q8 can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P. Its shape is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary). The sensing distance of this sensor is 6m, and it emits visible red light. It has a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with a thread size of M18.
