Banner Engineering QS18VP6FF150Q5 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed with a background suppression system. It features an M18 threaded mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, aligning with the QS18 series specifications. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6 and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal. The QS18VP6FF150Q5 has a rectangular shape, constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, and is capable of sensing distances up to 150mm. It emits visible red light at a wavelength of 632 nm and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it features 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and boasts a response time of 0.85ms / 0.00085 s.
