Banner Engineering T18-2VPFF100-Q8 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor within the T18-2 series, featuring a background suppression system. It is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is designed with an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The T18-2VPFF100-Q8 can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP68, and IP69K, as well as NEMA 6P, ensuring its durability in various environmental conditions. It features a single digital output (PNP transistor; complementary), a sensing distance of 100mm, and emits visible red light. The sensor's response time is 1.5ms (0.0015 s), and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The thread size for installation is M18.
