T18-2VNRS-9M Description
Banner Engineering T18-2VNRS-9M is a photo-electric sensor from the T18-2 series designed with a through-beam system and opposed mode potentiometer adjustment for precise sensing capabilities. This sensor, functioning as a receiver alone, is encased in a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens. It features a pre-wired 9m cable with bare end flying leads for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It boasts a high degree of protection rated at IP67, IP68, and IP69K, alongside NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation. It offers a single digital output (NPN transistor; complementary), a sensing distance of up to 25m, and a quick response time of 1.5ms. The sensor operates with visible red light and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with an M18 thread size for mounting.
