SME312LPMHSQD Description
Banner Engineering SME312LPMHSQD is a polarized photo-electric sensor from the SME312 Expert series, designed in a retro-reflective mode with TEACH mode functionality. It features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens, and it is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. This sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13. The SME312LPMHSQD has a rectangular shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), and provides a sensing distance between 10cm and 3m. It emits visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and boasts a rapid response time of 0.15ms / 0.00015 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON.
