SME312DBZQD Description
Banner Engineering SME312DBZQD is a photo-electric sensor from the SME312 Expert series, designed with a diffuse mode TEACH mode. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The supply voltage required for operation ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The SME312DBZQD offers a high degree of protection, rated at IP67 and compliant with multiple NEMA standards, including 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13, ensuring its suitability for various environmental conditions. Its rectangular shape incorporates 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and has a sensing distance of 380mm. The sensor operates with infrared (IR) light, featuring a response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s and operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, with a wavelength of 880 nm.
