SME312CV2MHS Description
Banner Engineering SME312CV2MHS is a photo-electric sensor from the SME312 Expert series, designed with a convergent mode and TEACH mode functionality. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. The SME312CV2MHS is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13. This rectangular-shaped sensor has 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), a sensing distance of 43mm, and uses visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm. Its response time is 0.15ms / 0.00015 s, and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
