Banner Engineering SM2A30SRLNCB is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the SM30 series. This sensor operates as the receiver component in an opposed mode "B" modulation frequency system, specifically engineered for washdown environments. It features a durable stainless steel housing and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates in bare end flying leads. The sensor is designed to work with a supply voltage range of 24Vac to 240Vac, with nominal voltages at 200Vac and 220Vac. It can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The SM2A30SRLNCB offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K, making it suitable for harsh conditions. Its shape is an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (Solid-state AC output). The sensing distance reaches up to 150m, utilizing infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. It has a quick response time of 10ms / 0.01 s and operates in a Dark-ON mode.
