Banner Engineering SM2A312LPQD is a polarized photo-electric sensor from the SM2A312 series, designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The SM2A312LPQD offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Its rectangular shape incorporates 1 x digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) and has a sensing distance of 3m.
