SLO30VB6QPMA Description

Banner Engineering SLO30VB6QPMA is a photo-electric slot / optical fork sensor from the SLO series, designed with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. It features a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath and is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PUR cable that terminates with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. It is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 NEMA 6, indicating a high level of protection against dust and water ingress. The sensor has a slot (U-shaped) shape with a passageway width of 30.2 mm and an overall width of 52 mm, a height of 72 mm, and a depth of 19 mm. It offers one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), a sensing distance of 30mm, and operates with infrared (IR) light at a wavelength of 890 nm. The response time of the sensor is 1ms / 0.001 s, and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
